life, achieve their dreams, feel healthier mentally and
physically, and remove blocks that prevent true happiness.
Specifically, this curriculum helps people in transition:

• Focus and reflect on participants true passions
• Let go of past bad experiences
• Review strategies to change unwanted behaviors
• Develop goals and a meaningful action plan
• Begin the process of change: slowly, surely, permanently!
